how do i ask this?

so there's this guy thats one of my best friends. we've known eachother for a couple years and i'm pretty sure we both like eachother but i dont really know? he drops hints and is sometimes super touchy but i'm still not sure. i'm not really looking for a super serious relationship right now and neither is he but we're both pretty horny people and i would be down for a fwb situation if he is. the only problem is how do i know if he wants this or not and how do i ask/find out??
