3.5 MM Nucal Translucency

I just left my MFM and we discovered through the ultrasound that baby A has a Nuchal translucency measuring 3.5mm (thickened nuchal). I’m 11w2d - identical twins. Baby B looked fine. The doctor immediately started discussing the likelihood of Down syndrome, other chromosome syndromes, and TTTs. My head is spinning and I’m worried about both babies having something wrong. Did anyone else experience this? Praying for a positive outcome. Waiting on results from amniostesis and blood work but won’t have results for 3 weeks or so
