Sleep schedule 11 months

I can't believe our little ones are 11 months old! Where has that time gone?! What is yoir sleep schedule for your 11 month old? We've followed awake windows but for the past month tried to incorporate more of a set time for naps. I know babys sleep when they are tired but with family lookiny after him when I return to work they find it better to have a schedule. He wakes between 6.30am - 7.00am and goes to bed between 7.30pm -.7.45pm. Please be kind, Im a FTM and still learning.
