How can I maintain work-life balance while pregnant?

Hi there, fabulous ladies! Balancing work and pregnancy can be quite a challenge. What strategies or tips do you have for maintaining work-life balance during this special time? Let's support each other!

I’m pretty much the same however I work full time but still do the bare minimum enough to not get fired I guess. I’m putting myself first and my stress levels last.  End of the day your boss can easily replace you but it’s not worth going through the pain of losing a baby by overworking yourself

I work full time and am usually a pretty hard worker, but I am behind on everything because i need more sleep and rest time. It’s so hard to concentrate all day, and I am not touching coffee or tea so I don’t even have a backup for when I’m tired (which is all the time since I got pregnant!). 
I told my boss I was pregnant so that he would understand if my performance was different

Honestly, working while pregnant is EXHAUSTING. I personally do the bare minimum, I refuse to go above and beyond, I’m currently working part time but I plan to pick up some more hours during my second trimester (when my energy should hopefully pick back up). I also rest as much as I can on the weekends and I’m in bed by 8pm during the week.
