New to BC Help! ANXIETY!
So yesterday, I had my birth control pill for 7:30 pm and I was in a car but I didn’t have water anywhere so I tried to swallow it dry but it dissolved in my mouth for a minute or two and then it finally went down my throat, am I okay? Is it still safe or should I be worried about the effectiveness to it. I’m sorry I’m so new to this and just need help 😭
