Hcg drop then rise

Hi all! I am currently 4w4d. I posted not too long ago about tests getting lighter and finding out my HCG dropped. I was fully expecting the worst when I went in for labs today. Needless to say I got a shock when they had more than tripled in 72hrs! My progesterone has been dropping though so I’m waiting on the doc to call to see where we go from here. Anyone else have any experiences like this? What was the outcome? Also, I had a little bit of very light bleeding, no clots, 8/14-8/15, but have had no bleeding or cramping since.

8/14- HCG 86

8/16- HCG 177 Progesterone 23.3

8/21- HCG 109 Progesterone 14

8/24- HCG 365 Progesterone 12.6
