Learning to love myself again
How do you learn to love yourself again after a breakup? I've been blaming myself when I know I shouldn't because neither of us were the best partner even though he solely blamed me for him leaving me. I just want to get over this man and move on with my life. He isn't worth me even thinking about because he didn't even make me feel like I was as important as the other people in his life nor did he make me feel like a priority. The wounds are starting to heal some but I just need some help. I'm working on getting into therapy and my doctor has already prescribed me antidepressants to help with my depression and anxiety but any other help I can do for myself would be greatly appreciated! 😌
