Reduced blood flow to uterus

Hey,

I’m 27 weeks today! At my 20 week scan we got everything checked out , baby was growing well. However ,when she checked the blood flow to my uterus , the left side was nice and strong however the right , not so much. She essentially said she wasn’t sure what would cause this (very informative).

She booked me in for a growth scan which is taking place a week tomorrow but the closer it’s getting, the more anxious I am that he might not be growing as well as he should. My belly’s definitely been getting bigger but I’m not sure if this can be an indication that he is getting bigger or just the space around him.

I’m wondering if anyone has had this issue, what was the outcome? What can I do to help? And if the worst was to happen, what can/will they do?
