Yes you can. It’s better to get your hair professionally done instead of using a box dye tho.

I use natural henna dye - henn color lab has the best. It's a biy more labor intensive but...its actually good for your hair. It acts as a protien treatment, soothes your scalp and gives you stronger, healtheir, shinier hair. No chemicals or weird fading or bleach. I used box color or professional for a few years. I made the switch and have never wantes to go back.

You can. Just need to make sure you're in a properly ventilated area. I've box dyed my hair twice already this pregnancy. In the past Ive had it done at the salon too. Just don'twant to be inhaling all those fumes.

Yes u can. It’s not a big deal. However perming and other stuff can be a lot of chemicals.
