12 dpo and still bfn but with pregnancy symptoms 🥺

12 dpo and still bfn. But experiencing pregnancy symptoms like sharp pain and cramps in my lower abdomen, pelvis sides (both sides of undies lining), nipples are protruding and it’s not usual than my previous 1st pregnancy(got blighted ovum and undergone d&c procedure last April). Gyne gave me letrozole this cycle and now waiting if I’ll get a bfp or af(hopefully not). I’m paranoid and worried now. Hope I can get positive and kind responses to be more aware of what’s going on with me.
