What are some great Pre/Probiotic brands ?

What brands have you ladies been taking during pregnancy? Your honest opinion ? I’ve suffered from yeast infection on and off my entire pregnancy 🥲😭

I’m working with a functional dietician who had me do a GIMAP test. She found that I was lacking in good bacteria.
First I took ProbioMed™ 250, by Designs for Health for two weeks. Now I’m taking MegaSporeBiotic, by Microbiome Labs. You really should speak to your doctor first before you buy anything. These were not purchased at a local pharmacy.

I know a lot of people believe in probiotics, but I think they're a scam. Maybe I just tried all the wrong ones idk lol. I do better if I eat probiotic foods and drinks, like homemade yogurt, milk and water kefir, etc. Some people will ferment veggies too, for the probiotics. I believe kombucha is also a source.
