Bleeding for two weeks

I was on bc for two weeks and came off of it bc I felt super weird on it. The first 24 hrs probably less that I didn’t take the pill I started to spot and then the next day it got heavy and kept getting heavier that I called in and they said it could be a mix of withdraw bleeding and the start of my period since I hadn’t had my first period yet cause I had my baby June 20th. I bleed heavy for 5 days then it got light but I’ve been bleeding for 2 weeks now. Every time after sex I start bleeding. I literally start bleeding out of know where. But everyday I am still bleeding. I have appointment Wednesday but wanted to know anyone’s thought about this?
