Full blown panic!!!😵‍💫

I’ve been on the implant for 5 1/2 years my last period was july 30th-Aug 2nd I had unprotected sex the 4th and 5th but he pulled out each time. My period was supposed to start yesterday and nothing! No symptoms, no brown discharge, just a small amount of white. I’m NEVER late the last time I was late was last October I didn’t get a period the entire month but came back the following month! I know I’m probably just being overly paranoid but my eyes have been watering/ kinda itchy since last Thursday and I googled hoping it wasn’t the start or pink eye (I work with kids) but read that could be a early sign of pregnancy and now I’m worried. I feel completely fine like no nausea or headache so I’m just hoping I’m not pregnant and Ill just skip a period this month but someone please calm my nerves! I’m getting a tubal next May when I get my implant removed

Edited: I’ve been on nexplanon for 5 1/2 total years but had 2 separate implant 2018-2021 and 2021-2024. I’m Sorry I should have been more specific 😂😂
