i took some metamucil (fiber) about 1.5 hours after i took my pill. i just realized it says on the packet to take two hours before/after meds to avoid absorption problems because of the ingredient psyllium husk. my bf and i had sex last night and he finished in me. should i be okay or should i take another in two hours?
this is my last pill before break week.
