Confused

Last period was 18th July had light spotting 7th Aug so started to test and came back positive went to drs bloods came back at 0, I have since taken around 25-30 pregnancy tests including 2 digitals stupidly wasting my money all came back positive, went to hospital Monday 28th because of pain and there blood test came back negative at 4, my doctor says all my tests are false positives and there’s no way I’m pregnant or ever was. Haven’t tested since the doctors app it still no period and feeling really nauseous, emotional and sore breasts
