Miscarriage help please!

I’m currently having a miscarriage and every time I go to the bathroom I release a blood clot maybe the size of 2 quarters together. I’m worried that im bleeding too much or is this normal? I went a few weeks ago to the hospital because I was spotting where they confirmed miscarriage because my HCG was at 10. I never bled the baby out, only spotted.Weeks later they said my HCG was at 3,000 so they were unsure why. I think because i never bled out my miscarriage but now i finally am. So I think I’m bleeding weeks later because my body never detected the miscarriage. Is this normal or when Is too much blood too much? Im a little worried. So far I’ve let out about 4 blood clots. And no I haven’t filled up a pad yet.
