Ovulation help
Looking for insight and interpretation!
I ALWAYS have a short LH surge/peak, like have to test multiple times a day and am still lucky to hit it. This month I had at least 48 hours captured of dark/+ tests, CD14/16. On a previous post multiple people shared that the progression of the surge doesn’t really matter- ovulation is X amount of time (let’s say 24-36 hours) from initial rise. From my own research that seems accurate. That said, my bbt is not reflecting that. I’m not a huge fan of bbt in general; I’m a poor sleeper. Typically my bbt rises 3DPO, not a day like seems common for moat. I had a chemical last month so my hormones could be whack and have now started progesterone. Stopped TTCD after CD15 because of LH so really hoping we didn’t miss our chance 🥲
Any insight in ovulation is appreciated!
