I feel like this is positive, but id like to hear other thoughts. This is the first time I've had a reading like this in a long long long time. Today should be cycle day 14. I have had period/ovulation issues and was prescribed letrozole for this cycle and this is the first time since being on letrozole I have gotten anything like this. Am I wishful thinking?
