Weird cycle..Confused

This cycle is just so much weirder than my others. I had very light pink bleeding and some cramping the day before ovulation, which I have never had before. My boobs are also usually SUPER sore and full during and after ovulation up until my period starts. This month they aren’t sore at all. It’s just crazy to me how unpredictable our bodies are and out of nowhere things change😂

Anyways, has anyone ever had a completely off cycle with abnormal symptoms and ended up conceiving that month. Part of me hopes this change in symptoms means something.
