Ectopic pregnancy?
I am about 4 weeks and having shoulder pain, lower back pain, diarrhea, and rectal pressure. I do suffer with anxiety i can’t tell if I’m making these symptoms happen from being anxious or not 😒No bleeding or anything , definitely keeping an eye on my symptoms. Anyone else have related symptoms and turned out okay? This would be my 2nd pregnancy
