Few days after Chemical Need advice

I believe I had a chemical preg last Friday. Terrible cramps and blood clots all weekend. As of today it seems to be letting up and barley bleeding. But, I have had TERRIBLE anxiety today. Just popped up out of nowhere while teaching. Fast heart rate, sweaty palms, dizzy, just a very anxious heart for some reason. My chest was heavy, but nothing ever came from it. In 30 minutes I was somewhat calmed with a less than 100 hr. I just don’t know if this is from hormones being all over the place. What should I expect as I finish up my chemical preg. Bleeding. It is normal to have anxiety randomly from hormonal imbalance? Do I have hormonal imbalance? How can I help myself?

I started bleeding and cramping at 4 weeks and 5 days so I assume chemical. Doctor said levels dropped from 20 to 7. And we check again Friday.

Any advice helps. I feel like I’m going crazy.
