Possible pregnancy?

Hi im 25, I have skipped two periods and tested for both of them and they came up negative. Recently i have been feeling very sluggish and irritable so i took a few more tests and at first they seemed too dull in color but have now turned very faint pink. However my period start day was yesterday and i had very bad cramps and today started bleeding heavily . Has anyone had the same could it be bleeding from early pregnancy or a faulty test? I have an appointment tomorrow to make sure but anxiety is eating me up.
