How would you react if your partner did this?

My boyfriend told me earlier tonight he was going to his friends house to watch the fight on tv and I said okay I’ll see you tomorrow then. I went to my house, and as I was messaging him through the night I noticed he turned his location off, and at 11pm he stopped replying and all of my messages went green ( iPhone ) it basically means either he had no signal, his phone is shut off, airplane mode, he blocked me, a number of things it could be. I messaged him from 11pm-2am and my messages finally went blue and said delivered at 2am, and I called him and he’s drunk with multiple friends, and tells me he went to the bars by the beach, and that he had “no say” in whether he couldn’t go. He also said that the messages were probably green because he had no service which is a BS lie.

Would this piss you off?

Our rules are that we tell each other if we go out to bars and whatnot.
