Twin paranoia after early positive result.

Ok so I’m currently 5 weeks 4 days with baby number 2.

I don’t know if I’m being paranoid but I keep getting just a niggling feeling it’s twins.

I did a test 5 days before my last period and get a faint but positive result. My boobs have been so painful since before my period due date and have since grown a couple of cup sizes already. I’ve got a light head a few times from standing up aswell.

My first pregnancy I had no symptoms at this stage.

Also my hormones are crazyyyy like I could legit murder my partner if he so much as offers me the the wrong biscuit 😅

Am I being paranoid?!
