Guilt after sex???

I love sex but idk why I feel guilt or ashamed afterwards. The partner I’m with is amazing in bed and he makes sure I finish first but after I come he wants to keep going then I feel sort of a numb feeling ? Me and my current partner have been talking for ab a year now and he still hasn’t made it official. Maybe I feel a little guilty for having sex with someone who isn’t my official bf even though we both are exclusively seeing e/o. Idk any thoughts??
