Bad luck pregnancy?

I am 9 weeks and 6 days, went in for my first ob appointment. My second pregnancy after 13 years.Ultrasound showed 2 gestational sacs only one heartbeat, a hemmorage, a bloodclot and 2 fibroids. Thankfully Baby has strong heartbeat. Going for another ultrasound in 2 weeks for a high risk ultrasound with fetal medicine. I am so worried with all these complications. I ask myself why me but I believe everything happens for a reason. But I am hopeful that everything will be ok. 🙏🏼💙
