Out of breath already?

Question

Did anyone else experience shortness of breath early on? I’m only 9 weeks & I feel like I can’t breathe. 
I went grocery shopping and just walking through the store I was winded. I feel like anything I do I have to stop and catch my breath. 
With my first I didn’t experience shortness of breath until like 35 weeks. 
I feel like a cry baby, it’s just so weird to me cause I’m still so early.

That’s me too. Just walking up the stairs in my house is hard! I’m only 7w 1d today.

Yes and it only gets worse the slightest distance has me out of breath and suddenly a few days postpartum I felt like something had been removed from my chest/nose and I could breath properly lol was a weird sensation and took me a minute to be like I can breath… but like when your nose unblocks lol

Blood volume drastically increases in pregnancy, and you’re using a lot of energy to grow baby. It’s typically normal but always talk with your provider if you’re concerned. Try and take it easy and walk slowly, stay hydrated and use a electric wheelchair if you need it
