Low Sex Drive

Has anyone taken any pills / vitamims to help them with their sex drive? If so, what has worked for you?  I am 40 years old and for the past few years my sex drive has been pretty non exsistent. I haven't cared in the past because I wasn't dating anyone... Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Maca and fenugreek are natural libido boosters. My personal favs are inositol and magnesium to help balance the hormones to get the drive back.

I’ve taken fenugreek and it has helped . I just started taking fenugreek / maca root / slippery elm. I also take vitamin E pills drinks lots of water and eat a lot of fruit.
