no period & no baby

okay so i haven’t had my period since April 20th 2022 & it was only 3 days long when normally my periods would last 6-9 days. I’ve been on 4 different medications to try to start my period but nothing has worked. I’ve only spotted one time other than today & it was only after sex. what should i do ? me & my husband want a baby but the 1 1/2 years we’ve been trying we’ve had no luck. im at loss of what to do, does anyone have any advice or tips on how to get my period & how to conceive ?
