Help!!?

So back in june I lost my virginity to my partner at the time. He has checkups for STI’s every 5 months or if something seems off to him. About a month ago he told me he tested positive for Chlamydia and that I should most likely get checked too. He is aware that he’s the only person i’ve been with sexually and he knows i’m scared of doctors and clinics, etc. so he offered to go with me. That was around a month and half- two months ago and I completely forgot until I was reading up in this group. Last Sunday I met up with someone and we hooked up, I only gave him head but im still worried. What do I do now.
