Too clingy???!

So I like this guy 💀

He’s really sweet and pretty much what I’m looking for, the first conversation we had lasted for hoursss but now I’m questioning whether that’s a good thing or not. A friend told me I shouldn’t give him too much of my time and by being on the phone with him for so long I may have already spoiled his taste for me 😅, she also said I reply to his messages too quickly/ or too enthusiastic to see him but if I don’t do that how can I show him I’m still interested!!!

There’s a lot of different advice out there so I guess I’m just confused on if I’m playing the game right 🫤🫤 am I being too desperate by acting too interested? Should I tone it down?? Please be honest I need to know because even if things don’t go well with him maybe I can do it differently in the future 🙏🏾
