Do you think it could be twins?

I have not gotten to see an ob for an ultrasound due too moving right after being 8 weeks I am currently trying to get insurance in my new state and get a new ob. I am now 14 weeks we went and paid for a ultrasound just to see the baby but it's a non medical they can't tell you anything place. The whole time she had a hard time seeing anything. I have had atleast 4 people say they think it's twins that they see another. My mom had twins and my grandmother is a twin. We also have even more twin cousins as well so it's a big possibility. Do you see two? The first picture is supposed to be her hand the second is the best profile she would get and the last was she was looking at us.
