TTC after Endometriosis advice?

I had 2 surgeries for Endo in 2015 and 2016 and until 2 months ago I was on a combination pill (estrogen and a progestin) as my doctor said I should only stop if I am sure I want to try to get pregnant. She also mentioned unlike other women who can try for 1 year atleast, I should come back in 6 months if I can’t conceive. The idea is to ensure that I have had 2 surgeries and I should be careful and check-in in 6 months time.

I know 2 months of TTC isn’t a lot but I only have 4 left :( could you share tips that helped some of you? Just disappointed already in 2 months and scared endo will come back.
