First ultrasound

So I am a mom with the rare morning sickness as well as hyperthyroidism when pregnant and was aware that my pregnancy after my first could be worse or not. Well I’m doing okay this pregnancy still have all day sickness but since I’ve been sick I’ve lost weight and baby’s measurements don’t match the weeks I’m supposed to be and they keep pushing my due date up. On top of that I’m having serve chest pains. Does anyone know what it could be I’m worried and lay pregnancy I almost miscarried due to any drs either emergency or mine listening to me. Also should I be worried?

Ps I can eat but food only stays down 15-20 mins before I have to throw it all up again!
