Calling my health girlies
I need help. I had my baby 6 weeks ago and want to feel good about my body. I was 150 before my baby which is a healthy weight but i would like to get to 140. Im currently 170 and would love to drop the weight. Could someone who has lost weight or is knowledgeable on this comment or message me. I need help making a meal plan. I have a stationary bike i plan to use twice a day now that i can. Thank you!
