I’m terrified of giving birth 😭

Just found out I’m having baby 3 and birth petrifies me don’t get me wrong both my labour were textbook (no tears,stitches or even bruising) I got up and showered and left hospital both times within the hour

1st labour was 40 mins start to finish to fast for any sort of pain relief including gas and air

2nd labour was 9 mins start to finish again to fast for any pain relief or gas and air

But I do remember the pain vividly because I labour so fast it’s like my back is snapping and I’m getting ripped apart I can feel every turn and twist, the nurses said I probably won’t even make it too hospital this time as I labour so fast it just starts with no warning and my waters break as baby is near enough out. I am so scared of pain. Has anyone birthed like this?? I’ve inherited it from my mom who also births super fast which is a good thing as like I said I don’t even scratch but the pain in the moment is phenomenal
