Help?

On Saturday, I got what I thought was my period, but for some weird reason, I just had this feeling.... Took a test BFP... First test was the digital, second i did later in the afternoon and got the faint line. Odd.... At first, I wondered if it was implantation, but then it got heavier.. (Is now gone completely!) Went to the Dr and they said likely miscarrying but they can't be sure being so early.. Went for more bloods today which showed my hcg has doubled since Sunday (32-64), however still low..?? More bloods Friday but the wait is killing me. Anyone else had this? Experiences? Anything? I don't have anyone I can talk to... Nausea/vomiting and sore boobs hasn't gone away either, just feel weird. Much the same as my first. Worth mentioning with my first kiddo i had slow climbing hcg and they thought i was miscarrying then too! Alsooo my cycles can last anywhere from 21 to 29 days so not regular by any means either. Hopefully this makes sense? I'm at a bit of a loss
