Hi ladies kindly help me clear my doubts.

I had a cervical cerclage 3days ago at 13weeks and vomited last night. My problem is I was standing by the washing sink when I felt the urge so I quickly took a basin before I realized I was squatting in V shape while vomiting and felt like I was pushing anytime the vomit was coming out which was intense because the vomitus was solid (undigested food). Now I’m scared I might have torn my cerclage or maybe cause a rupture…will I leak amniotic fluid🙁😢😩
