The doctor called me Tuesday and told me even though my HCG was rising it’s going too slowly

September 26th - 28

September 28th - 42

October 2nd - 80

She said I should expect to miscarry, it’s the 5th and still no sign of blood or anything. If my HCG is rising how long does it take to start miscarrying? I’m so confused and the doctor isn’t testing my HCG level again till the 9th. I had an ectopic in the pass, I would think that’s a sign it could be happening again. However i’m not doctor so what do I know.

And one have any thoughts? No one ever responds to my post but I still reaching out.
