Can a vape store employee get in trouble if they accuse your ID to be fake when it’s not?

I do live in Florida recently moved. But, have a Texas ID I go to this vape store about 3 times already. Got my products she asked for an Id on which I did gave it to her. And her response was “can’t sell it to you it’s a fake ID”. She obviously don’t know me to trust me but, it wasn’t a fake Id I suggested her to use an ID scanner or anything. I asked her how can you tell. Her response was “we get frequent Texas Id states” followed by “Idk what every state Id looks like”. She eventually gave me the products. I just hate for being accused when it’s a real thing and this was a different employer that I saw.
