Implantation bleeding? WARNING-TMI PHOTO

Hi everyone, I’m 7dpo and I’ve been bleeding like this since last night. Is it too early for implantation bleeding? And does that tiny clot count me out too? It’s not enough for a pad or even a panty liner. Only there when I wipe after a wee. That is about 6/7 hours worth of blood. I’ve been having awful right sided lower back pain too for just over a day, if that makes any difference! I’m not due on for another week yet 🤷🏻‍♀️ Thanks in advance ♥️
