Someone please help!

Okay guys I just need some help I’m like freaking out so bad .

So I take my birth control pill at 12 noon every single day. Well I had sex yesterday and we didn’t use a condom but he pulled out.

Well I took my pill today at 12 as usual and everything was fine ….. well at about 2:15 I got choked and had a very bad coughing fit .

Then at like 2:30 a little puke came up in my mouth but I just swallowed it back down….

I am now scared my pill is ineffective and I had sex yesterday. Someone please help, thank
