Do you use a wipe to clean you boy toddler penis?

My toddler is potty trained. About 2 months ago I stoped having him wipe with his baby wipes on his penis because some of my family members moms told me that with boys you don’t have to. I’am curious if any moms with toddler boys let their child wipe with a baby wipe or not at all?

My 3 1/2 year old doesn’t wipe when he pees, neither does my 6 year old, I’m pretty sure my husband doesn’t either. I can’t speak for all men but don’t they shake off the few drips that are potentially there? Now babies we wipe, but their skin touches the pee.

I’m going to teach my son to wipe his penis with potty training. I don’t think very many people do (I know that a big portion of grown men don’t for sure), but I think it’s a good hygiene practice because usually there is a tiny bit of urine left.

We taught our sons to just "dibble" with toilet paper after they pee on the potty. They seemed to adhere to it because they thought that word was funny and they like to say it when we are there assisting. Our 3 year old still needs help with but wipes.

Honestly we didn’t when our son was a baby/toddler, I don’t think we did anyway. I don’t know why. He’s 4.5 now and still potty training, but we’re teaching him to wipe with a square of toilet paper when he’s done going pee. 
If we have another boy in the future we will be wiping him at every diaper change just like we do with our daughter.

Have thought them to use toilet paper to wipe the drop(s) thats always on the tip.

My son is 2 and in diapers, my 3 week old is also a boy. And we use wipes on both of them. Just because urine has been in contact with their skin. I'm not just going to let it air dry on there.
