Potential miscarriage at 10 weeks?

I started having red blood when I wiped early this morning. Only when I wipe. It’s consistently there all day and slight cramping. Not filling pads, no free flowing blood coming out. Bleeding is getting lighter towards the end of the day, not heavier. Is it a for sure miscarriage? I had a miscarriage between baby number 3 and 4 but it was super early and there was heavy bleeding day one. This one is freaking me out but it isn’t as heavy. And I am 10 weeks. Thoughts? My midwife says it’s a waiting game
