Will it stick?

******update: I lost the pregnancy.

*** Update: I had my first transvaginal ultrasound. They said I’m not so far along and that I’m under 6 weeks, sac is seen (menstrual age is 7w today)

I’m 6w 5d today, this is my first pregnancy (I’m 27y). I found out at I’m pregnant at 5w 2d and my hcg was 248. My obgyn asked me to retest after 48 hours and take a serum progesterone test which was not satisfactory. My hcg had risen to 330 and progesterone was 5.3 only. She immediately called me and said I could miscarry and put me on progesterone support and said let’s hope for the best. She told me I might get my period in 10 days and if I don’t we will do an ultrasound. It’s day 7 of the medication today and there hasn’t been any spotting/ bleeding or mc yet. I still feel the same symptoms that I felt last week. I’m so nervous.. what are my chances?
