I’m having symptoms I’ve never had before in my 2ww

Okay so, my husband and I were getting tired of actively trying so we decided not to try this cycle, I haven’t logged or tracked anything that much. About a week ago I had some spotting that only lasted a day, I’ve been feeling like my abdomen is stretching but idk if that’s something you experience so early (if this is even a pregnancy). Also a lot og egg white CM that doesn’t stop, been having some really weird vivid dreams and I walked in my sleep last night according to my husband (which I never do! again idk if this can be a symptom but it’s weird). Yesterday my bbt was extremely low and today it is very high. All of these things have made me wonder but yesterday I took a test and it looked negative, I think I definitely should test again. Last symptom is my cervix, it’s so far up I can’t even reach it (usually it’s so low down). I really don’t wanna get my hopes up but all of this is definitely strange to say the least 😅
