Husband is lying about doing tobacco dip

So back story last year we tried to up our life insurance so we needed to do a bunch a tests to do so. One of the tests is a drug test and confirms whether or not you do tobacco and his came back positive. I asked him about it and he was like “oh crap, I did dip as a one time thing.” It made them deny our insurance which pissed me off. Well recently he sent me a picture of him at work and he was holding the same brand of dip. Like why tf would you lie about doing dip?
