Diarrhea or constipation-no one knows 😅

Guys. I have been SO constipated. I finally after like 2 days pooped and felt immediate relief. Walked out of the bathroom and I didn’t even make it out of my bedroom before running back to the bathroom. Boom diarrhea. Wtf guys 😂 I was literally thinking 10 minutes ago I should take stool softeners. Now I’m like never mind idk what to do anymore. Anyways. That’s my from the toilet rant
