Pregnant and nervous!

I just got my positive test. I don’t know how to react.. we already have a baby (she is 2) and I didn’t expect to be pregnant again so fast as it took several years for the first one.

I’m happy and scared at the same time. I feel nervous. We had our balance and everything will change again. Will I make it? Will I be able to work again? Is it fair to have all those tremendous thoughts? 😢
