Controlling boss

Well ladies, it’s true. He’s truly controlled by this monster of a “man”

This past weekend we had plans with his dad so we was out and about. He’s hardly ever on his phone when he’s with his dad. Well he asked for the day off, I guess his boss called him, he didn’t answer, then the guy texted him and said “what are you too busy to answer my f*cking call?

Like idk what to do. A grown ass man has a hold of my fiancé in this way. It doesn’t make life easy for me at all because like tonight is Halloween idk if he’s going to make it. Which, whatever it’s not a huge deal but I’m done with the abuse and unpredictably.

What should I do? I tried calling him and he hit ignore, texted me and said he’s with his “boss”

Idk. This makes me feel uncomfortable that he’s basically being abused at work and can’t even notice. It’s kind of alarming.

Like it’s so bad, he can’t speak to me, he don’t get breaks and like yeah. Idk how to help him out besides to tell him to find new work, but he just gave him a 12 month notice of leave this month. 12 months right so abnormal but this just proves the abuse.

Realist- I’ve told him to grow balls but he won’t. Idk if I can function with him if he has to be controlled at work this severely. Like I understand not talking while working but they are friends too. They go fishing together, and the guy is really controlling his life.
